Sale at public auction will be on August 12, 2019 at 11:00 AM, at the Tipton County Courthouse (TN) located in Covington, Tipton County, Tennessee, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by Cindy Taylor and John Taylor, to Mary Ruth Tackett, Trustee, as trustee for The United States of America acting through the Rural Housing Service or successor agency, United States Department of Agriculture on 15th day of May, 2006 in REC Book 1275, Page 111 at Instrument Number 88335, in the Office of the Register of Tipton County, Tennessee; conducted by Terra Abstract Tennessee, Inc., having been appointed Substitute or Successor Trustee. Default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable.

Begging at an iron pin the northeast corner of lot described, said pin being south 10 1/2 degrees west 423 feet from the northeast corner of the H.C. McQuiston 41.34 acre tract of which this survey is a part, said pin being in the center of the Marshall blacktop road; thence north 76 1/4 degrees west 190 feet to an iron stake in the field, the northwest corner of lot described, said line passing an iron stake on the west side of the road at 22 feet; thence south 10 degrees 20 minutes west 120 feet to an iron stake the southwest corner of lot described; thence south 76 1/4 degrees east 190 feet to an iron pin in the center of the Marshall Road, the southwest corner of lot described, said line passing an iron stake on the west side of the road at 160 feet; thence with the Marshall Road north 10 degrees 20 minutes east 120 feet to the beginning. containing .52 of an acre.
However there is excepted out of the above described lot all that part occupied by the Marshall Road as its right-of-way.
