THIS CAUSE came to be heard on the 22nd day of July, 2019, before the Honorable Martha Brasfield, Chancellor of the Chancery Court of Tipton County, Tennessee, upon Motion for Alternative Service filed by Plaintiff, statement of counsel as to Plaintiff’s attempted personal service upon Richard Caviness and the entire record in this cause, from all which it appears onto the Court as follows:

1. That personal service was attempted December 31, 2018, and several attempts on January 14, 2019 by ZapServe investigations & Process Services.

2. That Defendant was unable to be located by the process server.

3. That an Order for Alternative Service shall be entered, allowing Defendant to be served via Publication in The Leader in Covington, Tennessee.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED.
