Lisa Hankins and Paul Hankins of Ripley announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Ginny Corinne, to Clinton Houston Moss, son of Brenda and Leonard Moss of Covington.
Ginny is the granddaughter of Donnie Stanley and the late Billy Stanley, formerly of Ripley and the late Virginia Hankins, formerly of Paris, and the late Olian Hankins, formerly of Ypsilanti, Mich. Houston is the grandson of Martha and Landon Yarbrough and the late Charles E. Moss, formerly of Covington and the late Charlotte and George Gurley and Bobby Williams, formerly of Woodland Mills.
Ginny graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor of Science degree in middle grades education, where she was a member of Chi Omega Fraternity. She is currently employed with Halls Jr. High school as an eighth grade science teacher.
Houston attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and graduated from Northwest Mississippi Community College with a degree in Funeral Service Technology. He is a funeral director with Maley-Yarbrough Funeral Home, the family business, in Covington.
The couple will exchange vows on March 15 at First United Methodist Church in Ripley. Formal invitations will be sent.
