Sports news is handled by Jeff Ireland, jireland@covingtonleader.com. Education news is covered by Jordan Moose, jmoose@covingtonleader.com.

Why hasn't my submission run?
When the public submits news items, they are reviewed by our newsroom prior to publication. If something you've submitted hasn't run, it may be for a variety of reasons. We encourage you to call 476-7116 and ask for the newsroom; sometimes it was simply overlooked and we'll be more than happy to be reminded.
